IT IS INFORMED:

The personal data requested and provided by you, will be processed by STY Health Group S.L. (Natuvitro) and will have the sole purpose of managing the medical treatment, issuing invoices, administrative management, contacting and all the steps related to patients. Only those data strictly necessary to adequately provide the requested health services will be requested, and it may be necessary to collect contact data from third parties, such as legal representatives, guardians, or persons in charge designated by them.

All data collected are committed to confidentiality as health professionals, with the legally established security measures, and under no circumstances are transferred or processed by third parties, natural or legal persons, without the prior consent of the patient, except in those cases where it is essential for the proper provision of the service or by law.

Once the relationship between the company and the patient has ended, the data will be archived and retained until the prescription of responsibilities. Once this time has elapsed, the patient’s medical records will be kept for 15 years by law. The patient has the right to request a copy of his or her file, which will be given to the person concerned or to a legally authorized person.

You are also informed that you have the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability by sending a letter to STY Health Group S.L. (Natuvitro) with address at Travessera de les Corts 322 – 08029 Barcelona or by sending an email to: data@natuvitro.com. In both cases you must identify yourself properly and indicate the right you wish to exercise. Likewise, you are informed of the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been violated, although we ask that you first contact our Data Protection Delegate at the email address indicated to try to solve any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
